Since 2007, Jim has handled thousands of transactions for hundreds of business owners, nonprofits, and individual clients throughout New York. Jim’s practice centers on real estate transactions and business formation. On the real estate side, he handles commercial and residential purchases and sales, lease negotiations, title review, and closing representation. He advises landlords, tenants, buyers, and sellers on the legal and practical issues that arise in New York real estate transactions. On the business side, Jim assists clients with entity formation, including the establishment of LLCs, corporations, and partnerships, as well as the preparation of operating agreements, shareholder agreements, and other foundational business documents. Jim earned his J.D. from St. John’s University School of Law. He is admitted to practice in New York.
