Christopher R. Travis

Christopher Travis is the Partner of Travis & DeBlase PLLC and has spent nearly two decades representing businesses and individuals in complex commercial litigation and serving as outside general counsel to companies across New York. His practice spans business litigation, construction disputes, corporate advisory work, and AI-enhanced legal services.

Christopher earned his J.D. from St. John’s University School of Law and graduated magna cum laude from Binghamton University, where he was inducted into Phi Beta Kappa.

Joseph DeBlase

Joseph DeBlase is a Partner at Travis & DeBlase PLLC, based in the firm’s Philadelphia office. He focuses on commercial disputes and employment litigation. Joe handles all phases of litigation, from drafting complaints and motions through discovery, depositions, and trial, representing clients in state and federal courts in New York and New Jersey.

Joe earned his J.D. from New York Law School and is admitted to practice in both New York and New Jersey.

Regina Kiperman

Regina Kiperman serves as Of Counsel to Travis & DeBlase PLLC, bringing deep expertise in trusts, estates, and elder law. Regina advises clients on estate planning, estate litigation, probate, trust administration, guardianship proceedings, and special needs planning.

Regina is recognized as a Super Lawyer in Estate Planning and Probate and teaches CLE classes on estate planning and probate administration with the New York City Bar Association.

James H. Thomson

James Thomson serves as Of Counsel to Travis & DeBlase PLLC, focusing on real estate transactions and business formation. Since 2007, Jim has handled thousands of transactions for hundreds of business owners, nonprofits, and individual clients throughout New York.

Jim earned his J.D. from St. John’s University School of Law and is admitted to practice in New York.

Jack Manzo

Jack Manzo is a Litigation Paralegal at Travis & DeBlase PLLC, where he supports the firm’s attorneys through case management, legal research, and trial preparation. Jack coordinates schedules, maintains client communications, and ensures all case details are organized so the legal team can focus on strategic advocacy.

Jack holds a B.A. in Economics from the University of California, Berkeley, where he was a three-time Collegiate Rugby All-American and member of Cal Varsity Rugby.

Jaclynn Travis

Jaclynn Travis manages the day-to-day administrative operations of Travis & DeBlase PLLC, ensuring the firm runs efficiently so the attorneys can focus on client matters. She oversees scheduling, client intake coordination, billing support, and office management.
