Regina Kiperman serves as Of Counsel to Travis & DeBlase PLLC, bringing deep expertise in trusts, estates, and elder law to the firm’s practice. Regina’s practice encompasses estate planning and administration, including the preparation of wills, trusts, powers of attorney, and health care directives. She handles probate proceedings in Surrogate’s Court, trust administration matters, and estate litigation including will contests, accounting disputes, and breach of fiduciary duty claims by executors and trustees. She also advises clients on guardianship proceedings under Article 81 of the Mental Hygiene Law, special needs planning for individuals with disabilities, and Medicaid planning and elder law issues.
