Regina Kiperman — Of Counsel
Regina Kiperman brings extensive experience in trusts and estates, elder law, probate, guardianship proceedings, and special needs planning. A recognized Super Lawyer, Kiperman has taught Continuing Legal Education programs at the New York City Bar Association and is known for her client-centered approach to estate planning and administration. Her practice complements the firm’s business advisory work by providing clients with comprehensive succession planning and wealth preservation counsel.
James H. Thomson — Of Counsel
James H. Thomson focuses his practice on real estate transactions, business formation, and entity structuring. A graduate of St. John’s University School of Law, Thomson brings practical transactional experience that strengthens the firm’s ability to serve clients in the real estate and construction and development sectors. His work in entity structuring and commercial transactions supports the firm’s broader business advisory practice.
